At a time when caging was the industry norm, choosing to raise hens on the floor uncaged, well fed, and properly cared for was not the easiest decision, but it was the right one. That principle has remained unwavering.

firmly believes that the way food is raised determines the quality of the food we consume; conscious farming creates conscious nourishment. As a director, I see  not merely as an egg producer, but as a philosophy in practice where legacy, integrity, and thoughtful innovation coexist.
